They didn't make it on to the pitch last weekend, with their semi-final clash a wash out, but Easts performances throughout the season saw them land the spot in the final.
Captain Todd Francis said his team are "excited" for the final.
"You don't get to play in a lot of grand finals so I think everyone is pretty well up for the challenge," he said.
Not only will they contest the first grade two-day final but Easts have qualified for the second grade and the Easts-Anytime team will play in the third grade deciders.
Despite having to field three teams in finals, as they did one year ago, Francis said his first grade outfit will be close to full-strength.
"Tom Toshack is probably the only one that will be out for us, he is going overseas but we haven't finalised our XI yet because we have all three grades in grand finals so we have just got to do a bit of planning around that," he said.
"We are just waiting on a bit of a finalisation around numbers but we will be pretty close to full-strength I would have thought."
Hillgrove started the season slowly but have gained momentum and enter the final in-form.
They have often been labeled by opposing captains as the "deepest batting line-up" in the competition while Easts boast a formidable bowling attack.
"It does seem a bit like that so it would be a pretty good challenge, their batters against our bowlers, we are probably a bit on the bowler dominant side I would have thought so it will be a pretty good challenge," Francis said.
"They always seem to find form at the right end of the year.
"Obviously you can never take anyone lightly, especially with the line up they have got.
"They have got some really good players that can take [the game] away from you at any stage so we will have to try and be at our best and hopefully the result goes our way."
The one-day grand final last month was between the two sides with Easts landing the win thanks to a damaging 6-17 haul by teenage quick Jackson Gwynne.
Though they have the wood on Hillgrove this year, Francis is expecting them to improve.
"Playing Hillgrove in another final, we just have to try and do what we have done all year hopefully and then just execute that on Saturday and Sunday," he said.
"Hopefully have a repeat of last game but I think they will be a different side altogether.
"They have found a bit of form and have probably learned a few things from that game in terms of their own stuff.
"We are always looking to improve as well so hopefully we have learned a bit from it too and we are better on the day."
The first grade grand final between Hillgrove and Easts is scheduled to commence at 1.15pm on Saturday and 10am on Sunday at the sportsground.
The second grade decider will be between The Armidale School and Easts at Lambert Park at 12.45pm on Saturday.
The third grade grand final is set to be between the father-son Hillgrove team and Easts-Anytime at 1.15pm at Rologas.
