Round one will see Robb College host the Armidale Blues while Tamworth will be at home to St Albert's College.
In Glen Innes, the Elks will play host to the Barbarians in one game.
Only third grade will take the field with the Elks opting not to enter a first grade side this year while the Baa Baas have withdrawn their second grade side for the season.

Games begin at 11.55am with third grade. The first women's 7s game is to be held at 1.10pm followed by second grade at 1.30pm, the second women's 7s match at 2.50pm and first grade at 3.15pm.
The season will go for 15 rounds with finals beginning on August 21.
The grand final is expected to be held on September 4.
There will also be two general byes. The first will be for the Country Championships on June 12 and the second will be on June 19 for the University of New England Holidays.
