Ha! I'm trying!! I'm not a very good cook... But I did make some pretty good muesli the other day.

How are you staying fit, both physically and mentally?
Walking has been quite good physically and mentally. It's nice to get out without any earphones or music and listen to your surrounds.
What's the one thing keeping you sane?
My fiance Luke. I overthink everything and he always has a practical and logical answer for whatever is going through my head.
Are you working from home? If so how's that going, if not what's work like for you now?
I'm not working my normal job at home but we are keeping our skills up to date by doing training sessions weekly, and watching anything 'hair' that is being live-streamed. Otherwise I have been helping on the farm, it's nice to get outside and be productive.
What's something positive you've witnessed or experienced since the coronavirus hit?
I've witnessed my family come closer together.
What have you learned about yourself amid the crisis?
I've learnt that my health and my family's health is more important than anything else in life.
What's your advice for others to cope with the crisis?
Be mindful, supportive and kind to others around you. We will get through this!
