How are you staying fit, both physically and mentally?
I ride my bike, walk, and lift two 2-litre jugs of laundry detergent - they are like kettlebells. I accept that things are different now.
What's the one thing keeping you sane?
Good genes.
Are you working from home? If so how's that going, if not what's work like for you now?
I work from home now. It is fine, but I miss in-person contact with students, and I miss my office standing computer with two screens.
What's something positive you've witnessed or experienced since the coronavirus hit?
The people I know best seem resolute. They adjust and go on with life.
What have you learned about yourself amid the crisis?
I have learned that in the past I did not take reasonable precautions to avoid exposing myself to contagious organisms, such as the flu.
What's your advice for others to cope with the crisis?
Be grateful for what you still have; do your best to adjust and then don't worry.
