Capsicum can be harvested either early, when they are still green, or later at their red stage. Fruits that have turned red will be sweeter and more nutrient-dense than the green capsicums but dont keep for as long.

Some parts of our vegie gardens are likely looking a little tired at the moment as the growth of summer produce - notably tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and squashes - slows down in response to the cooler nights.
