The first Walcha Swap Meet in 2021 was such a success that the organiser Adam Iuston thought he'd do it again.
"It was great to have it in McHattan Park last year, but even with South and Walsh Streets blocked off, we could only accommodate 77 sites", Mr Iuston said.
"After gaining permission from Langford owners Barry and Beverly Marshall, I decided to move the event there for 2022 and beyond."

Mr Iuston said there is space for at least 200 sites this year, including a market hall in the historic woolshed.
Armidale car collecting legend Lyndon Hardman, will return bringing tonnes of automobile parts.
Mr Hardman's family has been in the car industry since the 1930s, and together, they currently have 110 cars in their collection, including a 112-year-old Talbot. His wife collects dolls and perambulators - and he also collects moustache cups.
"With tours of Langford House as well, there will be plenty to see," Mr Iuston said.
"Langford is ideal for the swap meet. The paddocks and woolshed are perfect, and the house is a beautiful backdrop."
Construction of William Fletcher's a grand two-story building commenced in May 1903 and was completed in October 1904. Langford is constructed of locally produced red brick, featuring 22 rooms and a five-story central tower overlooking the circular entrance driveway and extensive surrounding garden.
Guided tours are usually only available with the owners by prior arrangement, but during the swap meet the house will be open. A tour takes about one hour and is $12 per person with accompanying children under 12 free.
But despite the name, nobody seems to 'swap' anything at a swap meet.
So, what's with the name?
"That's a pretty common question, and I honestly don't have an answer because the only thing ever 'swapped' at a 'swap meet' is money for stuff," Mr Iuston said.
"I guess it's easier to say 'swap meet' than car-boot-sale, flea-market, or trash and treasure market."
Mr Iuston said Walcha Roasted Coffee, the Walcha Rotary barbecue, and Beca Bakes will keep everyone 'fed and watered'.
Also open on the day is his treasure trove of all things second hand and collectible which opened just before lockdown last year.
The big black building (BBB) is a permanent swap meet situated at the crossroads of the Oxley and Thunderbolt's Highways in Walcha.
"The BBB will turn one on May 14, and it's amazing how it went from nothing to a massive space jam-packed with cool stuff in such a short time," Mr Iuston said.
"I always thought the old Langley's Garage shed was an interesting space inside."
After decades working in the entertainment industry, Mr Iuston said he tends to look at spaces and imagine events in them.
"The shed has these massive Oregon trusses and a typically 1920's thrown together country build style," Mr Iuston said.
"Outside, it was just this great big ugly shed that no one noticed as they drove into town, but it's quite beautiful inside.
"I thought - black fixes everything - so I painted it black, called it 'thebigblackbuilding' and started filling it with interesting things."
Walcha Swap Meet 2022, presented by thebigblackbuilding, will be held from 7am on Sunday, April 10. Entry is a gold coin donation to the Oxley Riders who will give all money collected back to the Walcha Community.
