Griffiths and Youman have been chosen in the starting side for the Tigers' round five Andrew Johns Cup clash against the Parramatta Eels while Barraclough captains the women's team, which also features former Armidale local Lauren Clarke, in the encounter with Greater Southern Region.
Collins will be part of an under-15 development side featuring players from Groups 4, 19 and 21 who will face a Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs team to give them a taste of representative rugby league.
After that match, will be Youman's and Griffiths' under-16 clash with the Eels.
The under-16 Tigers earned their first win against the previously undefeated Northern Rivers Titans 22-16 with Youman kicking three goals and Griffiths highlighted by coach Steve Haylen for his efforts in Lismore.
They'll face an Eels side who have had two wins and a draw in the last round before the finals begin.
The under-18 side will be up next. They are coming off a 24-all draw with the Titans and need to be the Eels, who have two losses and one win, to stay in contention for the finals.

The Tigers women will then be aiming for back-to-back victories after scoring a 34-4 triumph over the Titans in round one last Saturday.
They missed out on the finals last year with one big loss and a tight win and, after praising the side's preparation last week, Clarke said team were glad to start their campaign in such a dominant fashion.
"I was ecstatic with how our team went," she said.
"We really wanted the win and we worked hard together to get it. I am looking forward to our next game against the GSR West Tigers in Aberdeen this Saturday."
They'll face a Greater Southern side coming off an 18-14 win over Western Rams. Armidale's Kate McCulloch is also a trainer for the side. The under-23s men will be aiming to open their Country Championships account after being beaten 32-6 by the Titans. Their GSR opponents were also beaten in their round one clash with Western Rams. The 16s onwards at 11am will all be live-streamed on the NSW Rugby League website.
