The under-12 side took on Warialda in the decider in Ashford and pulled off a 16-10 triumph to earn back-to-back titles.
Cooper Wilson crossed for two tries in the match while Rave Brazier scored one and slotted a goal with Max Blyton scoring the other goal.
It was a nail-biting affair and co-coach Luke Blyton was impressed with the side's ability to combine and hold on for the win.
"Coming together as a team when the pressure was on," he said.
"They support each other even when mistakes are made."
It is the third title in-a-row for Blyton who coached the under-10 team to victory in 2017 before leading them to another victory last year.
Blyton said they're an eager group, always putting in the hard yards.
"I put the win down to a great season, dedication and hard work," he said.
"They are great bunch of boys that love the game and love playing it."
While the win capped off an excellent season for the junior club, Blyton said they don't just focus on the scorelines.
"So very proud of the boys they are dedicated bunch and always try the hardest but Dean [Heagney] and I make sure they have fun and show great sportsmanship at all times," he said.
Rave Brazier received the award for player of the match.
Group 19 junior rugby league also handed out their best and fairest awards on grand final day with Cooper Wilson picking up the under-12 accolade.
