Business NSW is urging eligible businesses and residents to register for the program which they say could inject a total of $3.5 million into Armidale, Guyra and Uralla.
"This was a popular announcement from last year's State Budget, giving eligible NSW residents four $25 vouchers to be redeemed at local hospitality and entertainment businesses," said Business NSW regional manager, Joe Townsend.
"Residents across the New England North West can now register through Service NSW to receive their vouchers and inject up to $13 million into the local economy."

Collectively Armidale, Guyra and Uralla are predicted to benefit the most after Tamworth's windfall of $4.5million, and Mr Townsend thinks towns across the region will also grab their fair share in the following order: Inverell and Gwydir - $1.7 million; Gunnedah and Moree - $1 million each; Narrabri - $800,000; Glen Innes - $650,000; Tenterfield and Quirindi - $500,000 each; and Walcha $250,000.
"I'm encouraging all eligible local businesses to sign up to the program and make up lost ground from the impact of COVID restrictions," Mr Townsend said.
"There will be two distinct categories of voucher, ensuring as many businesses as possible can benefit from the program."
Two vouchers can be used for eating in at restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and clubs from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

"The remaining two vouchers are to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues and are available 7 days a week, excluding public holidays," Mr Townsend said.
"Of course, businesses know customers are likely to spend much more than the voucher provides."
Minister for Customer Service Victor Dominello told business owners at a recent webinar hosted by Business NSW that on average, residents are spending around $42 when utilising one of their four Dine & Discover vouchers.
"This increase in spending will see the government's $13 Million turned into nearly $22 Million when residents spend in local cafes and restaurants, cinemas and activities like paintball and bowling," said Mr Townsend.
"Now is the time to get back out and enjoy a meal or some down-time.
"I encourage businesses to do the right thing, and register so they can reap the rewards."
Fast food behemoth McDonalds have joined the program and to date the following eight Armidale businesses are on board - Addy's On Marsh, Armidale Golf Club, Armidale City Bowling Club, Armidale Servies,Courthouse Coffee, Fat Goose Crossing, Seesaw Coffee Company and Ten Koo.
Eligible businesses and residents can register through the Service NSW Website or App.
