It made the decision after consulting with clubs and taking a vote from our members.
"This isn't a decision we have come to lightly, but we believe it was the only decision," league president Terry Carson and his board said in a statement posted online.

"The health and safety of our players, volunteers and supporters is our number one priority and in these unprecedented times the pressure put on clubs and volunteers to do this is greater than ever before."
Among the hurdles they faced were the COVID19 procedures and requirements, while the financial viability of clubs was weakened with reduced sponsorship.
Reduced game day takings was also a major concern for the clubs.
"Rest assured the board will be working hard with all our clubs to ensure we have all of them back on the field in 2021.
"Group 19 will be back better then ever in 2021."
