The flying paramedics were tasked to the property at Castle Doyle, south east of Armidale, following reports a woman had sustained injuries after becoming trapped between a vehicle and a fence.
After arriving at the scene, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter transported the 45-year-old woman to Tamworth hospital.

She was treated on the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics who believed she had sustained lower leg fractures after being pinned between a vehicle and a fence.
She was later listed in a stable condition at Tamworth hospital.
Earlier in the weekend, the chopper was tasked on a primary mission to a motorcycle accident at Glenrock Station, north east of Scone.
A man suffered injuries on the property after coming off the motorbike and was flown to John Hunter Hospital for treatment.
