That's where All-weather Workplace Wellness Workshops, being offered in conjunction with More Than Awareness, come onto the scene.
Meg Percival is the managing director of Northern Awareness, a NFP organisation working to improve mental health outcomes in rural communities to reduce suicides.
"This workshop is specifically targeted at professionals who are working with farmers and rural businesses," she said.

"We do do a lot of community work, but this is not really for the general community, and there are reasons why we are doing that.
"Professionals are under a lot of pressure at the moment. A lot of them have got a longer working hours, and even the girls working in administration, taking phone calls in livestock agencies and so on, are hearing a lot of distressing stories day in and day out."
These 2-hour, tailored workshops meet the needs of professionals and provide evidence-based training to improve well being will be held from 8am-10am this Friday, August 30 at the Armidale Ex-Services club.
There will be the option to stay for further discussion until 10.30am.
