Two weeks after being beaten in the major semi-final by Tingha, Uralla turned the tables and pulled off a comfortable win in the big dance.
It's the second decider win in-a-row and player-of-the-grand-final Ella Elks labelled it a "real team effort."
"It is an unreal feeling," she said.
"Makes all the trainings and everything worth it."
Elks was the first to cross for her side, scoring five minutes in. Camilla Clydsdale posted a try at the 15-minute mark and Amy Barraclough's conversions put the Uralla team in front 12-nil.
Tingha scored before half-time to bring the deficit to 12-6 but no points were scored until late in the game.
Clydsdale was sent from the field by referee Craig Smith with seven minutes left on the clock for an infringement but it didn't deter the Uralla side with captain-coach Alyce Walsh sealing the win with a converted try with five minutes to go.
"We really wanted to get the first try and when we did and that just paved the way," Elks said.
"We played short for the last seven minutes and that was good because we got a try in that seven minutes and they didn't."
Elks was judged the best on the field and admitted she was shocked to receive it.
"Any one of the Uralla girls could have got it. It comes down to a matter of opinion," she said.
"I thought Alyce Walsh had a blinder, anyone could have got it."
While the players earned the win on the field, Elks also credited the people behind the scenes who help them take the field every week.
"We owe Pete Acton a big thank you because he has been at every one of games and run water for us," she said.
"Been the wise words of wisdom when we have needed it. Probably the man in the background who doesn't get the recognition."
