It will be the first outing for all teams except the First XV, who went down narrowly at home to Brisbane's Ambrose Treacy College 38-35 on the last weekend of the school holidays.
A regular event on both schools' rugby calendars since 2012, the annual fixture at Coonabarabran is one enjoyed by the communities of both schools and brings hundreds of people to the town.
"This event is the first whole-of-school rugby fixture for the season, and for some players, the first time they will pull on a TAS jersey, so it always holds special significance," TAS director of co-curricular Will Caldwell said.
"It's also an opportunity to build on our valued relationship with Kinross Wolaroi School and the Coonabarabran community which has links to both schools who also acknowledge the outstanding support of the Coonabarabran Junior Rugby Club in the running of the fixture."
Games commence at 11.00am for the 13s, with the Firsts running onto the field at 2.45pm to play for the Coonabarabran Cup.
For the seventh year, the TAS First XV will play in the GPS Third Grade competition, comprising the Firsts from TAS, Sydney Grammar and Sydney Boys' High and the Third XV from the six other GPS schools.
Further trial matches will be played against St Gregory's College Campbelltown (at home) on May 11 and Cranbrook School in Sydney on May 18, ahead of the opening round against St Joseph's College at TAS on May 25.
"We are delighted that for the final GPS home game of the season we will be hosting The Scots College on August 3, which will be a feature of TAS Reunion Weekend in what is the School's 125th anniversary year," Mr Caldwell said.
