Graham delivered 109 runs, including nine fours, in his side’s total of 171.
The next best total for Easts was Luke Uphill’s 15.
Graham’s century broke a top grade drought with the last 100 scored in the 2016-17 season.
“It is good to see him back in a bit of nick, very handy for us,” Easts skipper Todd Francis said of Graham’s innings.
“He played really well for us and nearly single-handedly won us the game off his bat.
“Hopefully he can keep going for the next few weeks.”
In their run chase, Ex-Services’ 16-year-old batsman Benji Marshall was the standout with 37 runs, including three fours and two sixes.
His innings wasn’t enough as the Easts’ bowlers got through Servies’ line-up for 80.

“We bowled okay, we probably let them get away there in the middle,” Francis said.
“We probably should have bowled them out for 50 or 60.
“We got back on track and rolling them for about 80.
“In the end it looks pretty easy on paper but it was a bit harder than that.”
Francis finished with 4-5, Brandon Burey 3-21, Nathan Porter 1-14 and Sam Uphill 1-10.
“We back our bowlers a lot of the time and they ended up doing it again,” Francis said.
“Kudos to Cody though, without him we would have been in big strife.”
While their bowlers are firing, Easts are hoping to build on their batting form.
Francis wants at least one of his top five batsmen to make a big score every match.
“That is what we try and target – one of our top five to go on with a big score because that sets up our whole innings,” he said.
“That's what Cody did on the weekend.
“As long as one of our top five are contributing in a good way, whether it's 60, 70, 90 or 100, whatever it is, as long as we are getting runs up the front and not leaving it to someone else to do all the time.”
While Graham contributed with his score, Francis believes there is still plenty of room for improvement among the rest of the Easts batsmen.
“Our batting hasn't fired yet to be honest, it probably didn't fire on Saturday either, Cody was the standout but there is still a fair few of us in the sheds that could do with a good hit,” he said.
“A few games across the board there has been small numbers in terms of the batting but once person goes on with it and that makes a pretty ordinary score into a pretty hard one to get.
“That's why I say if we can get one of the top five to go big, it makes it a lot easier for your side to defend.”
“I don't care who gets them, as long as someone does.”
