The conundrum arose as one of the most prominent festivals in New South Wales got underway with a series of events in Glen Innes, including the book sale at the town library.
The Australian Celtic Festival includes about seventy events until Sunday at the main, official venue.
But there are also countless other events and performances accompanying the main festival.
One of them is the sale. Trade has been brisk.
The mystery photograph is at the end of the short video and in the still pictures.
Fairfax went along to the sale and asked people what they like to read and whether they like to read it on paper or a screen.
