“We do gourmet sausages,” he told The Guyra Argus, while busy cooking away at the event. “We get them off a local butcher, no preservatives, no fillers, no artificials, just meat and natural seasoning.”
He said it helped promote his business, Glenore Cottage Farm, to a wider market, although he did see some familiar faces.

“I see a lot of locals from Armidale Farmers Markets, anywhere from Tamworth to Glen they seem to come from that radius,” he said.
Among the stallholders were producers, makers and creators, providing a one-day snapshot of what comes out of the New England region to the thousands of people who came through the gate.
Northern Tablelands MP Adam Marshall nominated local business U Goose when asked what to nominate what he looked forward to at the event.
“They’re always very good,” he said.
