The local club hosted the gymkhana on Sunday and finished clear of second-placed Armidale in the first of the southern Zone 13 clubs events.
The Guyra club also had a massive amount of champion ribbon winners.
Austin and Abbie Kelly, Josh Bourke, Charlie Ward, Bridget McKemey and Matthew Sisson finished first in their age categories while Abbey Grills, Wil Schaefer, Mackenzie Ellem, Mac Finlayson, Alice Finalyson and Robert Sisson claimed reserve.
The season is just heating up for Guyra who will have riders out in force in Bundarra this weekend. A host of competitors will stride out in the Zone 13 dressage this Saturday while more will join them on Sunday for the interclub program.
“They're only southern ones, we have Guyra, Armidale, Uralla, Bundarra, Kingstown and there is a Walcha competitor,” Bundarra chief instructor Sharon Irwin said.
“This is the second consecutive year we have run it, Bundarra has run the Zone 13 dressage previously but we also ran it last year.
“I am a bit disappointed with the entries because they have only come from the southern part of the Zone, we don't have anybody from Tenterfield, Glen Innes, Inverell. Then we start our interclub day on Sunday morning at 8.30am and that is for all of Zone 13.”
