TINGHA ratepayers are still confused as Local Government Minister Gabrielle Upton drags her feet on a boundary adjustment decision.

There is been no word as to whether they will be voting in the Armidale Regional Council September election. The town is expected to move to Inverell Shire Council. The inaction has left residents mystified.

“Look at the practicality of it, who are we going to vote for?” Tingha Citizens Association president Colleen Graham said.
