This should be a great concern for our community, given all that we have been through, drought, fires and now a major pandemic where an end is hard to imagine.
I believe the financial position of ARC is very uncertain and these major set backs have and will put great pressure on the budget and the region's promising future.
I personally feel it is a very disruptive plan to dismiss a competent CEO at this time.

Susan Law has had very little time to settle into what seems to me to be a huge responsibility and for unknown reasons seems to have been vilified and undermined.
A divided elected council is bad enough but now a huge financial setback by way of the CEO's sacking will be not only unbelievable, but downright frightening for all of us who believe in decency, fairness and our region.
I plead with the councillors who want to bring this motion forward to explain why it is necessary and what benefit it will bring and who they feel will replace a perfectly competent CEO who needs support?
I plead to our community to ask the questions of what is really going on at ARC?
Am I alone in feeling I want the place I live in to be one where we raise a child?
