It was one year ago, on Anzac Day 2019, that Glenn Morris hit the highway with a message.

Mr Morris was encouraging all Australians to stand up for their nation, and the truth, regarding the "critical importance of protecting our environment and climate".
Mr Morris said his message then was very clear. And it's the same today.
"If we expect to keep living healthy lives on a safe and secure planet, then it is up to each and every one of us to fight harder for the truth," Mr Morris said.
"Healthy soils, healthy watersheds and a stable climate are the foundations upon which all life is built. Any act which knowingly destroys these foundations is a threat to the health and security of our people and our nation.
"It is therefore up to all Australians to oppose any decision which will lead to the further destruction of our landscapes and climate," he said.
Mr Morris said the truth about how people could optimise human health, water supplies and a safe climate had been available for a very long time.
"It's time we all fight a lot harder to ensure that truth becomes a reality.
"In honour of past, present and future generations, let's get on with the job of protecting and restoring the amazing foundations of life, that underpin our beautiful nation and planet," he said.
Twelve months ago Mr Morris also carried a letter of support from Major General Michael Jeffery backing his call for greater care of our land, water and climate.
Major General Michael Jeffery was reappointed the National Soil Advocate in 2019 by the Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet.
