He now requires a number of visits to the Sydney Children's Hospital for treatment.
Cooper and his mother, Kimberly Weigmann, required transport (both air and ground) with Little Wings to travel from Uralla to the Sydney hospital.

The routine trips are costly and emotionally taxing.
Following a recent flight home, Kimberly said the Little Wings service had made a huge difference to the entire family as they work to help Cooper recover.
"I cannot drive in the city, I just find the experience too overwhelming. So if we did not have the support of Little Wings, we would have had to bring the entire family to these appointments which would have been really disruptive and stressful for all.
"Instead, Little wings had us in and out in less than 24 hours, and I have had the time and support to focus on Cooper. We will be forever grateful!"
As Little wings is a not-for-profit organisation, receiving zero government funding, the organisation relies heavily on community support.
In order to assist Cooper and his family, Bankstown Sports Club have been big supporters... quietly in the background funding missions and helping ease the journey for regional families in need.
Little Wings Chief Executive Clare Pearson said they were proud to be part of the journey for these families.
"We operate on a daily basis from Bankstown Aerodrome with the sole purpose of helping regional families caring for a seriously ill child," she said.
"So knowing that we have positively impacted Cooper and his family is a trump for us".
