It comes as the NSW Police release the figures of residents' behaviour on the roads over the course of the October long weekend.
Just before 10pm on Friday, officers from New England Police District stopped a Honda Civic on Donnelly Street for a random breath test, part of their increased presence during the long weekend.

The driver, a 22-year-old man, allegedly blew a positive result and was arrested and taken to Armidale Police Station for further testing.
He returned an alleged breath analysis of 0.072. He was hit with an infringement notice for driving with a low-range reading, and his license was suspended for three months.
But then at about 12.40am on Saturday, barely three hours after his first arrest, the same vehicle was stopped again on Martin Street.
The man was again behind the wheel and again allegedly returned a positive breath test.
Following his second trip to the station, he returned an alleged breath analysis of 0.082.
This time he was given a Court Attendance Notice (CAN) for driving with a middle range prescribed concentration of alcohol, and for driving while his license was suspended.
He is due to appear before Armidale Local Court on Monday November 15, 2021.
Despite cases like this, Traffic and Highway Patrol Commander, Assistant Commissioner Stephen Hegarty, said police were encouraged to see that the majority of motorists following the road rules over the long weekend.
"There were less cars on the road than previous years because of current stay-at-home orders, and the vast majority of those who were out, drove safely," Assistant Commissioner Hegarty said.
"With the rest of NSW preparing to re-open next week, police are urging all road users to continue to be patient, drive to the conditions and look out for others, to ensure everyone makes it safely to and from their destinations."
