Fresh off success with Olympic silver medalist Nicola McDermott, a strength and conditioning coach Kelly Beahan-Smith who worked in the athlete's team has put together a short, home workout video for Express readers.
Beahan-Smith has been involved with some of Australia's top athletes across a multitude of sports.
Her most recent feat includes being part of the team which helped coach record-breaking high jumper McDermott to the silver medal in Tokyo.
Beahan-Smith is also a coach to Paralympic alpine skier Sam Tait as well as having been part of coaching teams for NRL clubs, rugby union clubs, Tennis Australia and cricket NSW.
