Three people - a 50-year-old woman and two men aged 49 and 33 - were on Thursday arrested at a Kingswood home after gunshots were allegedly fired by the woman.
The younger man was taken to Nepean Hospital for observation.
A fourth person allegedly left the scene before police arrived. NSW Police says officers caught up with the man at a Cambridge Park house later on Thursday, prompting a car chase.
The 32-year-old man allegedly stopped his vehicle in Barry St and fled on foot, but was caught soon after.
Officers searched the Kingswood and Cambridge Park homes and allegedly found firearms and drugs.
All four people were charged with affray while all but one were charged with firearm offences. They were all refused bail to appear at Penrith Local Court on Friday.
