POLICE FINES
* A total of 42 fines were handed out for breaching the chief health officer's directions across the state. The owner of a Cremorne house was slapped with a $5000 penalty and 12 other people fined after a party to celebrate Richmond's AFL grand final win
RESTRICTIONS
* Melburnians limited to travel within 25km of home
* Outdoor gatherings capped at 10 people, from two households
* Face masks must be worn at all times when outside the home
