Armidale Servies has revealed images of what the motel will look like when it is completed adjacent to their club in Dumaresq Street.
Called Servies Motel, the new accommodation business will have 31 rooms, all with views overlooking the creeklands.

With earthworks due to be completed by December 10, the building work will commence in January and take 12 months to complete, before the motel is due to open in January 2022.
While the new motel had been in the pipeline for years, it is a project the council and the club have worked on together over recent years to make it a reality.
A main sewer line that ran directly underneath the site had to be re-routed.
There were also stormwater drainage, flooding and increased traffic issues that needed to be resolved before the development application could be approved.
With construction not far away, Servies CEO Scott Sullivan revealed more of the details, including that it will be a four-and-a-half star motel, with the 31 rooms over two storeys.
Each level will have two rooms that can interconnect.
A video presentation has been unveiled inside Armidale Servies with a screen showing what the premises will look inside and out.
It will include a gymnasium on the first floor, as well as secure parking, Mr Sullivan said.
