It is said that Chengdu is a city which if you come you can't leave. It has a lot of places of historic interest, which are all so famous that many foreign tourists like to come here. If you have a trip plan, I hope you can come to Chengdu.
My family members are my father, mother, my younger sister and I. Both my parents are public employees. I live with my family, and our life is simple and happy.
For me, my hobbies are watching movies in cinema with my friends or reading fiction novels at home. When I have a rest, I like to take a walk in the park nearby to breath fresh air and keep healthy. Sometimes, I would like to hangout with my friends in coffee.
There are many cafes in Chengdu where feed cats, and consumers can drink coffee or play with cats. If I have a long vacation, I would like to travel some other places because the geographical differences are very enormous in my country.
I had been to dry desert areas and went to the warm and beautiful coast as well, and there experiences broadened my horizons.
Now, I will study the master of nursing practice in UNE this year. Before I came to Australia I worked in a complex hospital. The reason for studying aboard is that I have been a nurse in an orthopaedic ward for several years, with the development of Medical Science, I found it's too hard to get promotion with a bachelor degree, as there are so many undergraduates in the hospital competing with me.
If I want to improve my salary and pursue a decent position, such as management or charge nurse, I must have a higher education background. In addition, I want to learn English language and western culture because English can prepare me for my future career, like working in most complex hospital or international healthcare centre in China.
I have been in Armidale for months, and now I have adapted to the life here. I feel that people are very friendly. I hope that the next two years will be able to finish my study smoothly and have a good time.
