The popular Quilt Exhibition opens on Friday night in Langford’s Woolshed and will remain open on Saturday from 9am until 4pm, and on Sunday throughout the festival happenings.
True to its beginnings as a Westpac Rescue Helicopter fundraiser the festival will feature two cycling events, and anyone is welcome to register. On Saturday the PKF Walcha Road Ride (56 km or 75 km ) event is held on sealed roads, and on Sunday there is the 42 km Back Road Bike Ride for mountain bikers.
On Sunday the festival will be in full swing in the grounds of Langford. There will be live entertainment by Goldheist and James Needham, The Grimlings and lots of free children’s activities. There will also be a wide rage of food and beverage vendors.
