The hosts opened the scoring 10 minutes through captain Britt Youman who grubbered behind the Tenterfield defensive line and pounced on the ball.
Nine minutes later Landers had the first of her treble to level the score to 6-all.
On the stroke of half-time Landers put in a kick to score her second try and give her side a 10-6 advantage at the break.
In the second stanza it took seven minutes for points to be posted when Sophie Gaukroger went over for the hosts to level the scoreline once again.
Landers had the final say eight minutes from full-time when she opted to run on the final tackle and found the Guyra defence napping out wide.

Her four-pointer brought the final scoreline to 14-10.
“She’s a marvel,” Tenterfield coach Wayne Minns said of Landers.
“Megg has been one of our star players for a few years in Border League and she had a season or two with Glen and it shows.
“She is a class little player and knows how to set the play up.
“A top effort by Megg, she really shone today.”
Of his side’s performance, Minns said it was a tenacious effort with only one reserve on the bench.
“Gutsed it out. We came with 12 players – we had one pull out this morning, she had to go into work – but the effort was there and it was there for the entire game,” he said.
“Some of the girls have been suffering with the flu all week and really gutsed it out.
“A few things we have been working on started to come into play, play movement but I am really over the moon and ecstatic with the effort the girls put in.
“Their defensive line was really good and they made it hard for Guyra to break our defensive line.
“A top job done by all of the girls.”
Minns couldn’t find too many negatives in the performance.
“There were a few little things there that we can work on at training but the girls showed good spirit in defence and they are showing that they are working on their attack.
“That is the really pleasing part, that they are prepared to try these little things out on the field now.
“They worked really well as a unit today and I was really proud of them.”
This Saturday will see the Tigers back on their home turf against Bingara.
The last time the two sides clashed, the Bullets beat the Tigerettes 28-4.
“We will be up for the challenge,” Minns said.
“We went out there a bit short on numbers in only our second game.
“We are looking forward to it.
“The girls love playing at home in front of their home crowd and some of their parents who can’t make the trips away.”
While the Group 19 second division season is only halfway through, Minns’ team has their sights set on stringing a few more wins together and a semi-finals berth.
“[After Bingara] we have a couple weeks rest where we can put a few things back into order and work on a few things more and continue on for the season and not drop too many games between now and semi-final time,” he said.
“I think there are two spots that are done and dusted with Uralla and Walcha but I do believe we can make that number three spot and we might give a few surprises at that stage of the year.”
