There will be a brief dedication to the new World War I memorial on the eastern side of the fountain, Mr Dickins said. About 60 people are expected to attend the service, where the flag will be raised and lowered.
It is hoped the bells of St Peter’s Anglican Church will be rung during the marking of a minute’s silence at 11am.

Uralla Mayor Michael Pearce and Monsignore Ted Wilkes will be guest speakers at the Remembrance Day commemoration in Uralla.
Members of the RSL sub-branch, their families and descendants of those who served will gather at the Alma Park gates at 10.30am; the service starts at 10.40am.
In Walcha, guests will gather on the Hill Street footpath, where they will meet piper Mitch Crawford, who will escort the parade to the cenotaph in Anzac Memorial Park for a service at 10.45am. Major William Nolan will deliver the address.
