If you are looking for a fun, sophisticated experience with great food, friendly staff and a little live music then Town Hall Chamber might just be what you are after.
At The Chamber you can actually have the complete night out. Start with happy afternoon drinks between 4pm and 7pm, combined with a few very well priced share plates, followed by a relaxed dinner in the private dining chamber. Then pop out in to the main room and dance a few of those well-deserved calories off on the dance floor with the live band.
Mike Gillmore and wife Seleena have something really special here. What I really love is that appeals to a wide audience, with the young and older crowd mixing it up in a comfortable, spacious and stylish venue.
Combining a wonderful ambience with music that suits the room and incredible food makes for an outstanding night out.
The selection of offerings from the bar are also a standout, craft beers on tap, delightful cocktails and a wonderful but not overpriced wine list.
A couple of standout dishes for me would include the twice cooked pork belly with cucumber, pickled fennel and goats cheese. The perfect combination of flavours.
The share beef brisket plate is also a winner with avocado salsa, tomatillo, char grilled corn and lime and crunchy tortillas. And give the house made halloumi and mascarpone cheese a little sample as well.
Now it’s not only about a night out here either.
The Chamber is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from Wednesday through Sunday with live music three times a week and a really cool Sunday jazz session held every third Sunday of the month.
Why not start at breaky and see if you can do a day Chamber style?
