The armed robbery of Uralla’s Matilda service station has people talking this week:
I don't like the way some of the news reports says that it is a small town so someone must know something? Why? Do they think it was a local? They must also know that Uralla is on the highway and that it happened early hours in the morning!

Glad everyone's okay, but amazingly I haven't seen many of these articles since -Pokemon Go- got released! Maybe someone should start doing statistics on crime rate in town since Pokemon go got released

How awful! I am so happy that no one was hurt during this incident. Uralla is such a sweet little town so it must be very disheartening for the residents to have a horrible crime like this happen. Hopefully someone saw something and the police will be able to track the offenders down.

Well done to the police for responding to this incident so quickly. We are very lucky in this district to have law enforcers with such a constant presence on our street. For example, this week the police arrested three offenders for outstanding warrant related matters and one was just from police vigilance and they saw them on the street! Well done.

The service station was closed for hours after this event, thankfully no one was injured. I can only imagine the terror that attendant must’ve felt. I hope the police find the people responsible and lock them up. Anyone in the community should step forward and report any information that they have to the law officers.

I hope these criminals are found fast because I don’t like the idea of living in a lovely town such as Uralla and them disturbing our peace. Uralla is normally such a peaceful town with minimal interruptions. Let’s get these guys off the streets.
