The organisation’s Tilbuster Station is used to provide practical skills to troubled youths.
Young people work on the farm learning about planting, animal husbandry and trade skills among other disciplines.
Tilbuster Station project coordinator Charlie Winter said just selling the vegetables gave many of the young people good workplace skills.
“Selling the vegetables at the markets will also assist our young people in mixing with the local community, explaining how the program works and giving them skills in handling money and customer service,” he said.
All money raised from sales will go back into the Tilbuster program
Those wanting to purchase produce from the farm can do so this Sunday.
