Easts bowler Matt Jackson claimed 10 wickets for the match as his side dominated the home team.
Guyra elected to bat first and, after finishing the one-day season with an improvement in form at the crease, posted their top score in 152.
Jackson finished with 6-57 at the end of the first innings with Jackson Gwynne (3-20) and Tyson Burey (1-30) snaring the rest.
In a turnaround from their early season form with the bat, Easts stepped up.
Their opening five combined for 151 runs with the lower order batsmen doing enough to land the side 220 runs at the end of their innings.
Guyra’s Ben Jackson was the main wicket taker for his side, claiming 4-15 from six overs.
With Easts holding a comfortable lead heading into the second day, Guyra had plenty of work to do to catch up.
Their inexperience in the longer format showed with Easts bowlers once against tearing through the side for just 84 runs, leaving the visitors with just 22 runs to chase for the win.
Dean Moore and Clarrie Moran secured the total in two overs.
Easts captain Sam Uphill highlighted Matt Jackson’s performance and said it was good to put together consistent performances.
“He [Jackson] bowled a lot of overs, he bowled really well.
“He did exactly what he needed to.
“It was a pretty good track up there to be honest, the outfield was lightning and the wicket played pretty well.
“The first innings we batted really well, Cody and Clarrie scored really good runs for us, Dean Moore was there for a while.
“Everyone pitched in and everyone made a start which was nice. We had a bit more depth, we had Cody Graham back. It was a good game of cricket to be honest, nice one to be involved in.”
