The Giants recorded a 19.11 (125) to 9.4 (58) win over the West Coast Eagles in their sudden-death AFL semi-final at Spotless Stadium.
Dropped for last week’s game, Johnson booted six goals after half time to showcase his class.
Johnson, otherwise known as “Stevie J”, was one of many stars across the ground for GWS as the team recorded a 67-point victory.
The result means the Giants will meet the Richmond Tigers in a preliminary final next weekend at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
