Sustainable Living Armidale (SLA) holds its monthly Forum at Kent House at 7pm. Each month there is a different topic touching on a local issue around sustainability and climate change, with a speaker or film or panel. Everyone is welcome, light refreshments follow, gold coin donation appreciated. Find details for each month online at SLArmidale.org.au.
SECOND TUESDAY OF MONTH
ARMIDALE TOWN AND COUNTRY GARDEN CLUB
Armidale Town and Country Garden Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month, excluding January, in the Baptist Church Hall in Rusden Street, at 1.30pm. There is usually a guest speaker followed by afternoon tea. New members are welcome and further information can be obtained from Robert Hoad on 6772 6004 or Jennifer Sayer on 6772 5817.

COMMUNITY BUDDHIST CENTRE
Classes at the Armidale Community Buddhist Centre 211 Beardy Street (upstairs). Mindfulness meditation classes are held on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm and Buddhist Philosophy classes are held on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7.30pm All are welcome. $5 facility fee. RSL WOMEN’S AUXILIARY
Uralla Branch of the RSL Women's Auxiliary meet in the RSL rooms. The meetings are held in the Institute building in Bridge St Uralla. If you would like to assist the auxiliary please contact president Margaret Scott on 6778 3993 or just come along to the meeting.

RSPCA
The Armidale Branch of the RSPCA Adopt A Pet Day generally held the first Saturday of the month at Curtis Park from 10am to 2pm. All animals are vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and desexed. Call 0412 217 364 for more information.
