WHETHER it’s cheese making and cake decorating or construction and forklift courses, the New England Community College has something to suit everyone.

Short course coordinator and trainer, Judith Betts from the Armidale branch said it was important for adults to have the opportunity to gain new skills both for the workforce and for pleasure.

“There are lot of benefits that come from taking a course.

“We offer a range of certificate courses which a lot of people get work out of,” Ms Betts said.

Courses such as certificates in aged care, sewing classes, technology classes and RSA workshops.

Courses run throughout the year in locations including Walcha, Uralla, Armidale, Guyra and Glen Innes.
