“So many people complain to me about potholes,” she said.
“I have been looking at the holes in the streets and wondering why they are there, why can’t they be fixed?
“Is it the fill, is it the fix, is it the workmanship of the job?”
Mrs Sparks said she will try and find out if she is elected.
“Some people say that its continuous improvement, I think it’s continuous no improvement,” she said.
‘I will fight strongly for pothole repair of our local roads if I am elected on September 10 because I think it is a terrible situation the current council has left the community in.
“There must be a way to fill a hole and its permanent; it can’t be as hard as the current council is making out it is, our roads are a disgrace, it looks like I will have some learning to do.”
The election is this Saturday September 10.
