Following a chapel service, the girls and their grandparents enjoyed a delicious devonshire morning tea and time in the classrooms.
Each of the classes across the whole school, from Pre-Kinder to Year 12 were a hive of activity and excitement as the girls interacted with their grand visitors, displaying their skills from the high order academic and technical, to the artistic and musical, to even gardening and performing in the Junior School.
In her welcoming address, PLC Armidale Principal Nicola Taylor commented on the special significance and role grandparents had and continued to play on a daily basis in the lives of their granddaughters.
“The girls were so excited to have their grandparents and friends here today and just loved the opportunity to proudly display and share their school and various activities with them,” she said.
