POLICE have issued stiff warnings to the public after a spate of rock attacks on vehicles this week.

Members of the public have reported five separate incidents of rocks being thrown at moving vehicles, two of which were buses transporting passengers.
The attacks have occurred on Elm Avenue, Queen Elizabeth Drive and Jessie Street. While the rocks thrown have cause vehicle damage, no one has been injured.
Inspector Chris McKinnon said police did not yet know if the incidences were connect and encouraged any members of the public that saw further incidents to report them immediately to police.
