He said it was “an awesome experience” that allowed him to engage with real scientists.
Open to high school students in Year 9 and 10, the bi-annual program allows students to attend workshops in chemistry, physics and biology. More than 1700 students sit a qualifying exam in November, with the top 9.4 per cent offered a place in the following year’s workshops.
