In just two hours after a business was broken into, police found and arrested two people now set to face Armidale court.
Police allege that around 4.15am on Thursday, the two males - one 18 and one 16 - forced their way into a business on Queen Elizabeth Drive.
Investigations led New England police officers to a local home where the two were arrested around 8am that same morning.
Officers searched the property, and located "a significant amount of suspected stolen property", items allegedly stolen during the break and enter.
They also allegedly found a significant amount of other suspected stolen property, including power and hand tools, sporting and electronic equipment.
Cannabis plants were also seized from the backyard.
They have both been charged with aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence.
Both were bail refused and will appear on Friday at Armidale Local and Children's Court.
Police said their investigations are continuing.
