The Armidale local government area has 21 active cases remaining with 4672 tests conducted in the last four weeks up to 8pm on November 24.
Moree has recorded seven new cases in today's update, taking their shire's total active cases to 206 with 6413 tests done.
In Inverell there are three new cases, taking the LGA's number to 119 with 5612 swabs taken.
And the Gwydir Shire has recorded its first case with a COVID-positive person in Warialda with only 437 tests completed.
Tamworth also reported one new case taking their total to 100.
And while there have been no positive cases, Uralla's sewage testing continues to show traces of the virus.

Across the Hunter New England Health (HNEH) district there are 36 new cases, taking the total number in the current outbreak to 4249. There are currently 541 active cases.
Nine of the total active cases are currently being cared for in hospital while two are currently in ICU. Twenty-five cases are linked, four are unlinked and seven are under investigation. Sixteen were infectious in the community and 13 were isolating while infectious. Seven cases are under investigation.
NSW has recorded 276 new COVID-19 cases in the 24 hours to 8pm. No deaths were recorded in the reporting period.
