You can vote this week at the pre -polling booths in the Armidale Town Hall up until 5pm Friday ahead of Saturday, December 4.
Among the candidates are five current councillors, two former ones and a host of new faces for voters to choose from.
There are three groups above the line (The Greens, Labor and the Margaret O'Connor group ) and 14 ungrouped candidates

We reached out to each of the them, gave them a 250 word response limit and asked them to tell us their vision for the region, the biggest issue facing the region, what projects they would push if elected and what experience they had to do the job.
