Almost 84 per cent of all the Northern Tablelands adult population, aged 15 years and above, have now received their first dose of the COVID vaccine, with 57.1 per cent now fully vaccinated.

All local government areas except for Moree Plains are now above 80 per cent vaccination for first dose, with Uralla and Glen Innes Severn now beyond 87 per cent mark.
MP Adam Marshall has lauded the efforts of locals in their vaccination push, and thanked the health staff diligently working to get shots in arms.

Armidale has 81.5 per cent of their population half-vaccinated, with 57.5 per cent fully vaccinated.
That's an increase of 3.3 and 5.6 per cent respectively from last week.
Glen Innes Severn has 87.8 per cent of their population with one dose, and 64.8 per cent with both shots - increasing by 5.5 and 8.1 per cent for the week before.
Just over 81.3 per cent of Inverell's adult population have now had their first dose, with 49.8 per cent fully vaccinated. That's an increase of 5.2 per cent and 7.8 per cent respectively from last week's figures.
The Sapphire City is tracking under the average rate per LGA, which is 83.9 per cent for one dose and 57.1 percent for two doses.
Moree Plains Shire is sitting with the lowest rates of all the LGAs. It sits just under the 80 per cent mark with 79.6 with their first dose, and 55.7 per cent with their second.
"These figures are wonderful, but I'm keen to see us get beyond 80 per cent for both doses ASAP - across all LGAs - so please book your vaccination today, if you've not done so already, or take advantage of the upcoming walk-in clinics," Mr Marshall said.
"Finally, thank you to all our health care workers and support staff who continue to do their best to get everyone vaccinated as quickly as possible."
