Four generations of the Heyman family - Jack, David, Brian and Sidney - are pictured in the image which is one of 12 Spirit of the Bush photography competition winners.
The family have farmed on the same property at Bective for decades, and the photo will featured in the 2022 Rural Aid Calendar, with pre-orders now open.
Budding photographers and amateur snappers from every corner of Australia submitted their most stunning photos of life in the bush, with many from the New England North West making the cut.
Images submitted by Upper Horton's Sue Retschlag, Barraba's Brenda McColl and Moree's Stephanie James (Snapped by Steph Photography) will also be featured in the calendar.
Krystal Noble told the Leader it was her first entry in the competition, and the farming generations category was one that really stood out to her.
"It was really good to be recognised, especially only just starting up in photography. I've had my business for just over a year now."
From farm animals to rural landscapes, Rural Aid CEO John Warlters said this year's competition attracted some outstanding entries from farms across the country.
"It was a tough ask to choose 12 winners out of more than 720 entries. The quality of photos was exquisite," Mr Warlters said.
"I believe the 2022 calendar will be Rural Aid's best yet. The photos perfectly encapsulate the beauty and resilience of life on the land.
"Every image tells a story and we are grateful that so many people wanted to share their special moments with Rural Aid."
