Six associations entered teams across two divisions for the league fixtures at the Tamworth Sports Dome on Sunday.
Quirindi finished on top of the ladder in division one and will head into the semi-finals with four wins from four starts while Tamworth also went through unbeaten in division two.
While those teams stood out, Northern Inland regional manager Ashlee Van Katwyk said: "The standard of competition was really impressive."
"The selectors that were there on the day were happy with what they saw and the umpire coaches were happy with the talent of the umpires as well."
"Across the board, it was a really solid event."
The finals will be played at the Tamworth Sports Dome on August 15.
Tamworth will face off with Armidale in the first semi-final in division two while Inverell and Gunnedah clash in the second semi.
