Christopher James Levy has been behind bars since his arrest in Glen Innes in October, following an investigation by specialist police.
Court documents from his appearance in Armidale Local Court revealed the 32-year-old will not fight the nine charges against him, after magistrate Roger Prowse committed the case to the district court for sentencing.

Levy will front Armidale District Court at the end of the month for arraignment, where he will formally enter pleas to the string of allegations.
He's charged with inciting to commit sexual intercourse with child under the age of 10 years; procuring a child under 14 years for unlawful sexual activity; possessing child abuse material; three counts of disseminating child abuse material; and three counts of failing to comply with reporting obligations.
He was arrested by Strike Force Trawler police - the squad's dedicated online sex abuse and child exploitation operation - on October 28 after officers raided a Glen Innes home.
Detectives from the state's Child Abuse and Sex Crime Squad's Child Exploitation Internet Unit claim they started engaging online with Levy earlier in October.
Police said Levy thought he was speaking with a 38-year-old mother, when he started engaging in discussions about sexually explicit acts he wished to perform on her child.
Detectives alleged he sent child abuse material online and made arrangements to meet up with the child.
Bail was refused.
