The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a rural property in Mullaley at about 1.30pm on Friday afternoon to help the injured man.
Three ambulance crews attended the location and treated the man who was suffering from serious chest injuries as well as back, neck and shoulder injuries.
The Westpac chopper team assisted when they arrived before stabilising the man and flying him direct to the hospital in a stable condition.
